She never leaves the office, rarely misses a meeting, and remains firmly committed to supporting leadership—particularly when snacks are involved.

Nichole leads the business operations behind Bridge City, overseeing client communication, financial operations, and day-to-day coordination. With a background in business administration, client relations, and operational management, she brings the organization and follow-through that keep opportunities moving and relationships strong.
